Interested in Clinical Work?

University of Windsor Law students can enroll at Legal Assistance of Windsor for course credit during the academic terms.

Credit Options:

  1. Full Time – either fall or winter term. You would attend LAW every day and receive 11 credits.
  2. Full Time Reduced Credit – either fall or winter term. You would attend LAW for 24 hours a week for 8 credits.
  3. Part Time over the fall and winter terms – You would attend LAW for a minimum of 12 hours a week for 4 credits per term. Each additional credit requires 3 additional hours of work each week.
Students in both the part-time and the full-time program must also enroll in the 3-credit Clinic Seminar Course. Students are enrolled in the Clinic Seminar Course during the term the student participates at LAW.
Students employed with LAW for the summer must return to LAW for academic credit. They may return in either their second or third year of law school and on either a full-time or part-time basis.
