With the Transition Child Benefit (TCB) due to be eliminated November 1st, the definition of disability due to be narrowed shortly thereafter, and hundreds of millions of dollars in cuts due shortly after that, there is a lot to worry about when it comes to social assistance.

Today, a campaign to save the Transition Child Benefit was launched by a coalition called the Campaign Against the Cuts to Social Assistance. We only have 37 days to save a benefit that families rely on to feed and clothe their children. You can find out more here: www.stopcuts.ca
